Dear Dr Gumne,

It is gratifying to read your disclaimer (on more than one occasion) that SCAPO is in no way associated with the invectives and wild ranting of the anti-Ambazonia SCYL gangsters.

Everyone knows that Yaoundé detests Ambazonia simply because the name Ambazonia alone makes Biya guilty of external aggression which in turn makes Cameroon guilty of posing a serious threat to international peace and security.

It is no secret that Mola Njoh Litumbe master-minded both the Oslo and Washington, DC conclaves of 2011. And even while the Washington, DC conclave was still going on, an unprovoked attack on Ambazonia and on the spearhead of Liberation Struggle was set in motion; and the experts and professors in foul language have continued attacking Ambazonia and the Fon to this day. They have even vowed to do everything possible to wipe out Ambazonia even though it is an impossible task. They gave us the impression that the SCPCF adopted the Anti-Ambazonia Line in the Washington, DC conclave as the Way Forward; so we thought the Freedom Fighters spoke for the SCPCF.

Since the anti-Ambazonia line is the Cameroonian Government’s line, the conclusion drawn is that SCPCF had decided to serve but Cameroun. Would Edwin Ngang or anyone else be wrong to suggest that this is serving but the interest of Cameroun when he is only drawing conclusions from the acts which counter or seek to undermine Ambazonia?

Has any of the Southern Cameroons organizations ever told Paul Biya that law 84/01 put an end to the illegal, ill-fated and much troubled Union which was forced upon us since 1961? Why are “Southern Cameroonians” agreeing with Paul Biya that Law 84/01 was only a change of name in spite of the fact that the UN has publicly indicated that in the eyes of the UN and the international community, the Republic of Cameroon is French Cameroun? Even the UN Human Rights tribunal calls our country by its geographical name Ambazonia, yet all Southern Cameroonians are against that name and Mola Litumbe whom all of you hail as God sent is more allergic to the name Ambazonia than Yaounde.

We all know that these so called Freedom Fighters acted as agent provocateurs to Yaounde in deceiving our freedom hungry youths to carry out violent acts in Bamenda in 1997 when they had already tipped off the Cameroun security forces of the day, place, and time where the violent acts would be carried out. If the leaderships of the “Southern Cameroons” organizations really feel responsible and care for the safety and well being of the people they claim to be fighting for, they would have seen the danger of letting these treacherous Freedom Fighters appear to give the false impression that they speak for SCPCF.

These Freedom Fighters cashed in on their positions as kingpins in the conclaves to declare a Southern Cameroons Libration War, and not a single Southern Cameroonian group or organization has countered or condemned it. They and their Southern Cameroonian counterparts seek to break their own part of Cameroon away from the rest of Cameroon; not because there’s any law binding on Yaounde which entitles them to do so, but they want to secede only because their own part of Cameroon is being marginalized and discriminated upon.

Our freedom hungry activists involved in a secessionist liberation war would be called secessionist terrorists. France and its NATO Allies would then unite to crush the Southern Cameroons secessionist terrorism, which is exactly what these so called Freedom Fighters really want.

By contrast the Ambazonian line is that Law 84/01 means Cameroun and Ambazonia are again mutually sovereign and distinct from each other as they were before October 1961; and that lawless Paul Biya and his Ambazonian accomplices must willingly obey the law or be forced to do so.

Any force which is used to enforce compliance with law would therefore be legally legitimate; our freedom hungry youths who become involved in enforcing law would be called Ambazonian Law Enforcement Commandos or Ambazonian Bailiffs or Sheriffs.

It is for this purpose that the Ambazonian Head of State in 2005-2006 issued ordinances, one of which put Ambazonia in a State of War with Cameroon and another ordinance cited as Judgment Execution Peoples Action Ordinance provides the legal cover and legitimacy for any use of force to compel law breakers to comply with law. Most importantly, any Ambazonian well wishers abroad including NGOs would have a legal justification to openly offer assistance to the law enforcement effort.

Everyone knows that not even a mercenary would accept to offer assistance to terrorism even if it is a Southern Cameroons Liberation War. So the SCYL’s liberation war would last decades and decades and would displace and kill millions of the very people for whom they claim to be fighting for.

Dr Gumne, you would therefore agree with us that it is not enough to issue a simple disclaimer distancing SCAPO from the ranting of these so called Freedoms Fighters and their declaration of a Southern Cameroon Liberation War. Common sense dictates that you vehemently denounce these so called Freedom Fighters and warn your followers to regard the Freedom Fighters as more dangerous than the occupier we face.

We are suffering today because Foncha who was our leader did not hold tight to the law; else he would have resisted and organized our people to fight against Cameroun’s lawlessness in 1961. But Foncha, our commander-in Chief defected and became Ahidjo's Vice President and the deputy commander-in-Chief of the very Franco-Cameroun armed forces that have put Ambazonians under subjugation from 1961 to this day.

So we deplore any lawlessness.

Compatriots,

May we all understand that the persons you mention do not speak for the PCF.I said it befre, I say it again. The PCF has not pronounced on Ambazonia. Please, please, leave PCF alone and join hands.Together we will think better,be stronger and spend less.

When Tanyinoh wakes up in the morning and thinks of someone to soil with libel, I do not believe that all Ambazonians agree with him. I read somewhere, where Edwin states that SCAPO ad SCNC support LRC through their actions. I am yet to learn how.

SCAPO brought the victory in Abuja to Fon Dinka in London. He was also informed of the partial victory in Banjul. Followers of any leader, will like to know the source of the "truths" which these leaders bring to them.

Erithea, Southern Sudan and East Timo, among others, achieved their independence, not by soiling other compatriots. Can we, for once, to show our seriousness in wanting our freedom, cease fire! This internal combustion is eating us up.The cloniser is succeeding.

Lord, save the Southern Cameroons.

I can state here and now that the People of southern Cameroons (Ambazonians) would never have voted in favour of unification with French Cameroun if it had not been for the assurances given that the resulting union would take the form of a federation...
