It is said a lawyer who does not abide by the law and seek its implementation has identified himself or herself as a quack and
Counterfeit. Everyone expected the anglophone lawyers to abide by law and loudly call for the enforcement of the law and
judgments which sends Cameroun out of Ambazonia, namely:-

(1)  Cameroun restoration Law 84/01 that dissolved the 1 October 1961 illegal merger and automatically restored Ambazonia
and Cameroun as mutually sovereign and independent again of each other again as they were before the creation of
the illegal 1961 merger.

(2)  The UN Human Rights judgment Gorji-Dinka Vs Cameroun ICCPR/1134/2002 which
(a) confirms the dissolution of the Cameroon union in these words  "As a result of the subjugation of Ambazonians and the
violation of their human rights by the Franco-Cameroun armed forces and militia groups riots broke out .... which prompted
Parliament to enact restoration law 84/01 which dissolved the union of the two countries "
(b)  Upholds the Bamenda High Court judgment HCB/28/92 which (i) declared Cameroun occupation of Ambazonia illegal
and (ii) ordered the withdrawal or expulsion of all Cameroun functionaries and agents from Ambazonia.

(3) The judgment of the International Court of Justice in the case of Cameroun-v-Nigeria which sends Cameroun back to the
Mungo; And in pursuance of the judgment the United Nations made Biya sign the United Nations Bakassi Accord saying :-
“I President Paul Biya of the Republic of Cameroon, in a bid to provide lasting peace to the Bakassi conflict, do
hereby commit myself and my government to respect the territorial boundaries of my country as obtained at its
independence "

The anglophone lawyers can only redeem the honour of their profession if and only if as belated as now pass a resolution
calling on president Biya to withdraw to the east of the Mungo River in compliance with the United Nations Bakassi Accord
which he signed on 31 January 2005.

If they cannot even pass a resolution calling on Biya to comply with the UN Bakassi Accord; an international commitment he
Signed since 31/01/2005, then their wigs on heads which will be forever bowed in shame

I wish our lawyers will stand up to their calling, and fast.

Famous Quotes

“I President Paul Biya of the Republic of Cameroun do hereby, in a bid to provide lasting peace to the Bakassi conflict, commit myself and my government to respect the territorial boundaries of my country as obtained at independence.”
- Annan-Bakassi Peace Accord

I can state here and now that the People of southern Cameroons (Ambazonians) would never have voted in favour of unification with French Cameroun if it had not been for the assurances given that the resulting union would take the form of a federation...
- John Ngu Foncha

International Law does not regard you (Ambazonians) as people of Cameroonian Nationality; this must be shocking to you.
