Ambazonian Law Enforcement Machine: Congratulations

Cameroon arrested Justice Muluh Mbuh planning to let him just rot in jail without charge just as many Ambazonians who are misled by their leaders to call themselves Anglophone Cameroonians or Southern Cameroonians. But at a given signal the Ambazonian Law Enforcement Machine went into action. Funds were collected for feeding Mbuh and for two lawyers.

Lead Attorney Nyah Ebui was backed by the HCB/28/92 Hero Barrister Blaise Berinyuy, who forced the prosecution to either release the prisoner or charged him. Cameroon charged Mbuh with secession; a treasonable felony punishable with death by a firing squad. And by so doing Cameroon walked into an Ambazonian trap.

Documents evidencing the charge were all Ambazonian documents; including a Proclamation issued by the Ambazonian Head of State putting Ambazonia in a State of War with Cameroon. A trial would lead to press publicity of all these Ambazonian ordinances some of which had promoted Ambazonians in the Cameroon armed forces. Moreover Cameroon would find it impossible to locate any area known as Ambazonia located within the territorial boundaries of Cameroon which Mbuh is seeking to cut out.

But then the sharp witted Nigerian trained lead attorney Nyah Ebui, a former SDF alternate Member of Cameroon Parliament, pulled a fast one by raising the lack of competence of any civilian court to try the offence. The learned trial judge after reviewing all the legal texts and arguments ordered Mbuh, who had been jailed for nearly a year discharged and acquitted. He left behind him fellow Ambazonians in jail who had been misled to call themselves Cameroonians from “Southern Cameroon” And so God used the Ambazonian Law Machine to give us yet another victory over lawless Cameroon.

Let me seize this opportunity to thank all SCNC, SCAPO, and SCYL rank and file who rallied to Mbuh as a fellow combatant. It is known that all Ambazonians including our MPs and Prime Minister Yang want the Cameroon aggression on Ambazonia terminated.

It is however sad that out of ignorance of the law or out of incompetent legal expertise the leadership of the SCNC, SCAPO, SCARM, SCYL misrepresents our case as a case of Cameroon discriminating or marginalizing its English Speaking Cameroon nationals. Whereas in the eyes of international law and the United Nations Cameroon is a foreign country which is committing aggression on Ambazonia our country, God's garden.

Aggression is so unacceptable in international law that the United Nations Charter article 51 gives Ambazonia the right to take any steps including the use of force, with or without the assistance of any nations, or NGO’s and even mercenaries to put an end to Cameroon aggression; and by so doing enforce law against a lawless Cameroon.

I therefore call on Ambazonians to prepare for the combat of life; prepare for law enforcement action. The orders indicating the type and time of action would be made public in the fullness of God’s time.

God bless Ambazonia

Fongum Gorji-Dinka
Head of State

It is without doubt or beyond reseanable doubt that our rightful name is AMBAZONIA and nothing less.Every other name with the appelation of Cameroon is incriminating. Can we shun pride which rises and then fall at the end and accept humility which rises to honour, and come along with the various credits we have separately earned, under the UMBRELLA of AMBAZONIA.
The reason been that, the name alone renders Cameroon helpless and vulnerable to defeat at anytime and anywhere. GOD bless AMBAZONIA HUUUURRAAAAAAAA HHHHHH>

I can state here and now that the People of southern Cameroons (Ambazonians) would never have voted in favour of unification with French Cameroun if it had not been for the assurances given that the resulting union would take the form of a federation...

International Law does not regard you (Ambazonians) as people of Cameroonian Nationality; this must be shocking to you.
