Cameroon Lawlessness -v- Ambazonian Law Enforcement Action
The terms of Union which Ambazonia voted at the UN plebiscite were:
(a) to create a Confederacy of Two Independent Nations(b) it was only in the 8 matters called Federal Matters, that the federal authorities would be allowed to make laws; and such a law is only to harmonize any law of a State with that of another State in that subject.
The terms of union which Ahidjo proposed to the Leaders of Southern British Cameroons at the Foumban Conference were totally different from the terms of the plebiscite. If the leaders of Southern British Cameroons were law abiding they would have stood firm on the terms of the plebiscite, and Ahidjo would either have had to accept it or forget about any union at all.
It is therefore the lawlessness of the leaders of Southern British Cameroons that ignored even the terms of a plebiscite and made our country into a colony of that French colony called Cameroun.
Now the Lord God used lawyer Fon Dinka to cash in on Biya’s law 84/01 which unwittingly cuts the Cameroon chains off Ambazonia’s neck. God then used
-
the Cameroon Military Tribunal to uphold the Fon’s opinion that Ambazonia is not in Cameroun and that Biya should get out of Ambazonia
-
the Cameroon High Court HCB/28/92 to transform the Proclamation formalizing the restoration of Ambazonian independence into a judicial decree and tell Biya to get out of Ambazonia
-
the United Nations Tribunal on Human Rights to confirm that the Republic of Cameroon is the former French Cameroun Trust territory alone and so must get out of Ambazonia
-
UNSG Kofi Annan to get Biya sign a commitment to get out of Ambazonia
-
the UN surveyors to build huge pillars separating Ambazonia from Cameroon in 2009
-
the President of the UN General Assembly, Ali Treki to stage a drama at the 50th independence celebrations of Cameroon to tell Biya that Republic of Cameroon means former French Cameroun and that Biya should get out of Ambazonia.
Now instead of seeking ways and means of how to get Biya and the Southern British Cameroons alleluia MPs comply with the laws and judgment, we have seen 20 years of a savage campaign not by Paul Biya of Cameroun but by persons suffering from the plague of Cameroon lawlessness; a lawlessness that wants us to ignore law 84/01, the judgments, and even our constitution.
We Ambazonians do hereby declare that we stand by the law and the constitution Until Death Do Us Part.
We have all seen that the call of the Cameroon lawlessness is: fellow Cameroonians; law 84/01 is only a change of name so let us go crawling on our bellies to Patron at Etoudi and beg for our own turn to rule from Yaounde. Meanwhile the call of Ambazonian Law Enforcement Action is: fellow Ambazonians; Law 84/01 has broken up the illegal merger and we must enforce it.
So the battle now is that of Cameroon Lawlessness -v- Ambazonian Law Enforcement Action
