Fellow Ambazonians,
We thank the Almighty God for retaining Paul Biya as the MASK for French Aggression on Ambazonia; for it is against THIS MASK called PAUL BIYA that Ambazonia won and would enforce the following judgments and legal commitments:-
[1] the HCB/28/92 where Paul Biya
(b) recognizes HRM Fon Gorji-Dinka as Ambazonia's Head of State
(c) recognizes that Cameroon occupation of Ambazonia is an Act of Aggression(d) submitted to the court order expelling from Ambazonia all elements of Cameroon rule.
The UN Charter article 51 imposes on Ambazonia an obligation to restore international peace and security in that part of the world by terminating Cameroon aggression. And to this end Ambazonia may use force alone or with the help of other willing nations or NGOs or mercenaries to terminate the Cameroon aggression.
Hence the UNHRC upheld the HCB/28/92 as the best domestic attempt at redress which failed only because Paul Biya does not respect judgments on Human Rights.
[2] the Annan Bakassi Peace Accord which states: “I President Paul Biya of the republic of Cameroon in a bid to bring lasting peace to the Bakassi conflict do hereby commit myself and my government to respect the territorial boundaries of my country as obtained at its independence.” This is self incriminating confession by Paul Biya that the Bakassi armed conflict with Nigeria stems from Cameroon aggression on Ambazonia.
[3] the UNHRC judgment which
(a) confirms that the restoration law 84/01 dissolved the 1961 Ambazonia/Cameroun Union and restored the two countries again as mutually sovereign and as distinct from each other as they were before the formation of the illegal ill-fated and much troubled Union
(b) that Cameroon occupation of Ambazonia is the cause of the persecution and forced exile of the Ambazonian leader HRM Fon Fongum Gorji-Dinka in violation of International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights
(c) that he Biya must provide the effective remedy i.e., put an end to the occupation of Ambazonia so that HRM can feel safe to return from exile.
The UN and Amnesty International reports say extrajudicial killings and forced disappearances are systematic and wide spread in Cameroon. These are crimes against humanity.
Though all of the above are enforceable against Cameroun, a new ruler for Cameroon could seek to claim innocence; so the Lord God has made sure Biya remains as Camerounian Head of State to answer for his crimes against humanity.
To God be the Glory!
